Acceptance Checklist

To complete the acceptance process you must return a color photo and all the following forms:

  • Public Information Data Sheet
  • Seminar Preference Form
  • Covenant of Conduct
  • Health Form
  • Transportation Permission & Release
  • Color Photograph (for publicity purposes)
  • Tuition (check for $480, made payable to Alabama Governor’s School)

Please note: Your acceptance packet will not be processed until all forms and tuition are received by the Governor’s School. Please make sure your packet is complete. Everything MUST be postmarked by Monday, April 25th.

Postmark dates: On or after April 18th, but no later than Monday April 25th.
